The room was clean and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was included in our stay and offered a wide variety of different cuisines including authentic Mexican food. Our trip and time spent at the hotel were amazing. The staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome. Me and my kids have several food allergies and they were so accommodating. It was the first time I didn't have to go to a self catered place. They also brought surprise toys for the kids and were located right next to the park. It was wonderful and we will be back.

Perfect trip and hotel. Staff were friendly and useful. The food was great. The location was perfect, in a quieter part of town and still walking distance to Downtown. Bed and pillows were good. My only recommendation is to change the conditioner in the showers, it doesn’t condition at all.

The staff is absolutely wonderful—special thanks to Ximena, Baldemar and Tadeo for taking such great care of us. We loved the convenience of being within walking distance to everything. They gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and even helped us set up tours and winery visits. And of course, we can’t forget Pancho The Dog, the true star of the hotel, who always welcomed us with the best behavior like a true hotel owner.

This is a brand new hotel. Everything about it was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good at both restaurants was delicious. The hotel itself is beautiful. Loved the artwork all around. My family and I spent 10 days at this beautiful hotel. The design layout of this hotel is stunning not to mention that the views from the roof top pool are stunning. But really what made this property special is the staff they were kind of friendly and very engaged in a way that was very easy. Actually one of the more beautiful places I've stayed as far as overall approach and feeling at ease. And the hotel dog Pancho made it all the better. Thanks to all.
