"A good location across the street from the Hilton and next door to the Hyatt Regency. Hotel is immaculately clean and the bedding is top notch. The air conditioning works well and the room includes fridge, coffee maker, small stove, and a few kitchen utensils, cups, plates, etc. Breakfast is included. It is a continental breakfast but sufficient. Only downside is parking. There is an underground garage that services the hotel and adjacent retail but you must tell the front desk when...

"The place was always clean and quit,I really enjoyed that part. But nobody was at the desk front ,I had a situation with my electric door entrance but there was nobody to help me.I stay there for 5 days total and they do not clean the room ,I understand the place is green friendly but cleanness can be environmentally friendly as well. Thank you. "

"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room....

"Peaceful and relaxing. On edge of town in quiet neighborhood, next to lake. The proprietor Carlos speaks fluent English which was very helpful for a gringo on his first week in Mexico. The one potential downside, which I actually learned to see as a positive, is it takes 10-15 minutes over very slow bumpy cobblestone streets to reach the property. Take a kayak out on the lake!"

"This hotel is very clean and well maintained. However this is my 3rd stay here and the breakfast quality and variety is very poor now. Curry inedible, eggs and bacon overcooked and limited protein options now. However both lunch and dinner is excellent with many Japanese foods that rival large cities. I can’t understand why breakfast is so terrible now. 3 months ago it was excellent. Unfortunately this will be our last stay here as we look for better options. "
