「We are "stuck" here for an extra 2 days due to the Kona stirm. Staff have been exceedingy patient and friendly and accommodating during this challenging peroid. They even got me to the local emergency room for treatment of an acute injury. Our room was gorgeous!」

「We had an extremely difficult time finding the building and our room. The address did not match the online address and we do not receive room info until the day we arrived and we were already traveling and not able to check emails. I will not be staying here again. 」
