"Matt was very helpful! We loved everything about the stay , except for the fact that we didn’t get upgraded to the ocean view suite, even though we booked last minute and was told it was available. Part of what makes the hotels.com platinum status (180+ nights this year ) great is the comp upgrades. But this property seems to make excuses why they can’t. That being said everything else is perfect, and we are making this our go to hotel when we are in the area, I just booked another stay for 4...

"We had THE BEST time staying at Ritz Carlton Miami. The staff there was most definitely the reason for our comfortable stay. The views are amazing and so is the restaurant downstairs. Access to pool and beach made the kids and us really happy as we could go there easily. Again, the staff here is absolutely amazing and a reason for us to return next year. "

"Property was convenient and staff pleasant. The unit itself was not the cleanest and had many broken items. The resorts keyless entry system locked us out twice and we heard this happened to many guests. There was 1 elevator not working for our entire stay and another for a couple of days. Waiting for a ride for 30 minutes was extremely frustrating, especially with children."
