「The service was excellent. Somebody always picked up the phone right away from my request. The rooms were kept immaculately. The only complaint I would have is a slight musty smell when entering the room. Perhaps a air freshener could’ve helped?」

「I booked the Priscilla suite for 4 nights to attend a 3-day show at the Granada Theater a few blocks down the road. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation..
