「Excellent location, staff super helpful and friendly. Clean and tidy with twice a day room service. Only down side was TV didn't work for 4 days despite being brought to house keeping attention which minor but not a true 4 / 5 star service. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.」

「The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania.」
