"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The staff were amazing throughout our stay – always polite, friendly, and willing to help. A special thank you to Nam, the duty manager, who was fantastic in helping resolve a small issue for us. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. When we checked into our room we were greeted with a lovely complimentary tray of fresh fruit and coconut.drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable with daily complimentary water. Breakfast was excellent with a well-organised buffet and plenty of choice for everyone. The pool area can be a little shady and there are limited sunbeds, although this appears to be due to local government regulations rather than the hotel itself. The beach is beautiful and the hotel provides sunbeds for guests, but it’s best to go early as there are only a limited number available. Strategically located near plenty of shops, eateries and a must visit to the night market- about 10 mins walk. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and service really made the experience special. Note - if staying in beachfront room be prepared for the nightly music from the Sailing Club across the street - you'll be part of the party."

"全体的には満足でした。 ただ宿泊最終日に、閉めたはずのドアがあけっぱなしになっている事象が起きていたので不安になりました。 また、宿泊に含まれていた帰りのホテルから空港までの送迎をお願いしたところ、他の宿泊施設逆との乗り合わせの都合で30分待たされました。フライトには間に合いましたが利用される方は要注意です。"
