"For the price you can’t get something better, don’t think you are getting a nice room like any other 4 seasons, this hotel needs upgrades, We stayed there for 4 nights, reservations for 2 adults and 2 kids, every night we had to call to request another bath towel, they only provide 3, the carpet in our room was dirty , my wife called to guest services and they said they will send someone to vacuum it, they didn’t.No pillow selection and smell ugly, I need to add that this hotel is the home of...

"We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing.
