「staff were very nice and friendly, room was nice and clean, we didn’t have any cups or utensils though in the kitchen. Pool, sauna, pool bathrooms were fully furnished and equipped plenty of pool chair and umbrellas and 5 out showers equipped with lotion and soap, the bathroom also had all amenities in it including hairdryers. However we had some problems with pool towels as they were never available and the first three days we went to the pool they came to us each day saying that they were all...

「It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「Alex Villa N5 was a great place to stay has everything you need and more, to be honest it felt more like a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. Staff were helpful and attentive. The private plunge pool is a little small and no area to sun bathe but the beach is down the road and another pool on rooftop with plenty of chairs. Location is okay short grab ride will get you everywhere you need in Canguu. Thank You Alex Villas 」

「Overall was good. The villa was clean and the food was delicious. However the water in the shower is sometimes not hot enough and rather little in the evenings. The staff were overall nice，but no one helped us with our luggage when we checked out (a note was sent to us a day before saying that someone will help). The location of the villa is medium, it is not located at the center of Seminyak but not far away from the restaurants and shopping areas.」

「We stayed at the Walter Spies room and it was amazing!!! We added the rose petals in our bathtub which is extremely romantic! The private pool is great, the service was wonderful, and the Thursday dance performance dinner and cooking class (must do the traditional market shopping) was fun fun fun!!! Spa service was very relaxing, breakfast and afternoon tea is very nice too! Hotels location is 45-90 mins away from the airport depends on the traffic, this area is more like a tourist area with...
