"My family and I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptionally. Shout out to Anthony (the Concierge). He made our stay worthwhile. In fact, Anthony was so helpful that we didn't need a local tour guide. I will surely be back to the Hotel anytime I'm in shanghai."
