"Beautiful property. perfect for a group of 8! ... There were minor problems with communication. Information was not clear. Had to call to clarify on entry into property using lockpad. Code was incomplete. I guess they assumed we would know how to complete the code to gain entry. Also, WiFi password what not available to us till we called to get it hours later. I think that information should be readily available on arrival. I suggest they should work on correcting these two simple issues, which...

"Very accommodating to our group. Great to work with on getting the property set up and reserved. Quick response on any problems or issues. We would definitely rent this property again when visiting the downtown Phoenix area."

"Thing I would change that is structural. Needs a door on master bath. Husband goes to run early in morning, then returns to shower. Closing off bath would eliminate noise and moisture in bedroom. Transom window needs covering."
