"Biscuits and room service menu were not in the room when we arrived. This was corrected and we were offered a free breakfast. I didn't find the beds particularly comfortable despite the blurb about them and the pillows were rock hard. The maid was rude when we said we weren't ready for her to clean the room. The restaurant menu was limited. It is not a cheap hotel but it seems that price is based on the location more than the facilities. "

"Amazing Hotel from clean room staff amenities the lot & a 5min walk to centre of everything We shall be back it was just amazing hotel all round loved it Galways amazing & the Dean just made it even more so for is."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Bar/restaurant at the hotel was great. Staff during was disappointing, not welcoming smile, didn’t explained breakfast or amenities. Comparing with our experience in Dublin and Galway with other hotels was not good. The checkout staff was better, too bad that we were leaving already but Franya (I think that was her name) was really nice and helpful at the end. "
