「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. 「We had an amazing stay at Cliffhouse and were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful it is. The only minor issues we encountered were that the pullout couch was quite uncomfortable for our kids, and it was frustrating that children aren’t allowed in the main pool—everyone with kids ends up crowded around a small pool off to the side. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic!」

「This was my first long vacation I have done. First off, the host was amazing! Very good communication and very helpful. My family doesn’t like to leave a place dirty and we went to the beach a lot.
