I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). "Firstly, the photographs are highly misleading. They depict the property as part of a resort-style community, which is not the case. In reality, it is a rundown residential suburb. Upon my arrival, I retrieved my rental car and proceeded to the property. I was expecting to receive an email for virtual check-in, but it was never received. "We were super comfortable in the townhome. It was very nice and clean. Very modern and well equipped for a family's stay. "
