"I’m afraid that the customer service could not make up for the sub par experience. The roof started leaking and the bathroom flooded for two out of my three night stay. It was quite gross to have dirty water drip on me and my possessions. My dress was soaking wet as a result and there was no offer to remedy this. Nothing was done except to send a cleaner in to mop the floor. I was played around and given funny excuses by the female receptionists. The hotel also had an issue with my booking when...

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Inn by Radisson on Victoria Island. The staff was attentive and accommodating, and my room was clean and matched what was advertised. While some aspects of the facilities could use an update—such as cleaning supplies in the gym, poolside decor, and the air conditioning in the rooms—the property overall felt safe and well-maintained. The breakfast was especially impressive and definitely a highlight of the stay."
