「This hotel had absolutely everything I could ask for! My only comment would be to make the distinction between Z and Z2 a bit clearer so travelers know exactly what they’re booking. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always eager to help. 「Our time as a couple was perfect there. Beautiful and big suites with enough room to have your own comfort zone. This was by far one of the cleanest hotels we stayed in. 「The experience was quite bad as the manager Juma intentionally showed a better and bigger room with giving us a single bed room mentioned that’s standard room we booked (which we booked a double room) and asked us to pay more for change. 2 of us changed and saw Juma directly put the money in his own pocket.
