「Beautiful property and great location in Stone Town. The breakfast and kitchen staff were amazing and very welcoming.
However, we booked the Presidential Suite but were not given that room and were instead moved between lower category rooms. The issue was not properly acknowledged, and staff insisted all rooms were the same and similarly priced, which did not reflect what was advertised on Expedia.
Overall, the stay did not match the booking, so I’d recommend confirming room types in advance.」

「Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level.
Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.」

「Absolutely loved our stay at Ndame Paje Hotel! The room was spotlessly clean with a beautiful beach view. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is stunning. Staff were friendly and the restaurant food was very good!
Jozani National Park is conveniently close for a day trip. Perfect peaceful spot right on Paje Beach. Highly recommended!」

「Staff were exceptional. Food menus catered to varied needs; servers even remembered my lactose free requirements, and altered my menus accordingly. Grounds and beach were impeccable, pool was always crystal clear. Free entertainment most evenings, we had acrobats and a story teller one evening. Security made us feel taken care of. The spa offered a full menus of services. 」
