「What an astonishing place! Really friendly staff and the owners are lovely. Well run and clearly a lot of thought has gone into the communal spaces to make them as inviting and relaxing as possible. The bedroom was great and had everything we needed and the location is fantastic - a little back from the main streets so nice and quiet but close to everything you want to see. 」

「Perhaps there are better rooms, but our room ( nadia) is very noisy throughout our stay. Not just u could hear people shouting and chirldren playing and car horns, but the worst is that there are some sort of aircon machines right outside yr window so u can also hear the engine sound. There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. 「Rashid and Kelvin were the absolute best hosts! So nice I came back twice. Emerald Palm is the home away from home. Staff are warm and friendly and it's in a great location in Stone Town. Definitely recommend this hotel. 」

「Charmante maison du début 1900.mobilier art déco et ou l art primitif africain s y mélange .pas loin du centre ville et face a un beau parc donc a l écart du bruit du centre ville a proximité. Petit déjeuner délicieux donc un rapport qualité prix dans cette ville touristique et assez chère.」

「Loved the property so much that we stayed twice. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and we had no issues while staying here. I would recommend staying here as it is close to the market and local attractions. Wifi was strong and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours while we explored the city after check out. 」
