「My room was spotless. I liked the old wooden style with with excellent (silent) aircon. Nice location, and greatto have the coffee shop on the ground level. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooftop breakfasts were tasty and filling.」

「The service at the Neela was unparalleled. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, but never fawning or in the way. Make sure to visit not only their downstairs cafe, but also their rooftop restaurant. Highly recommend.」

「Not too far from Stonetown. Good for value. Construction next door made balcony view undesirable. Overall would stay again.」

「Nice location with only steps to the water front, restaurants, boats to prison island and the Freddie Mercury museum. Breakfast was lovely and staff super friendly and helpful.」

「Family owned, very friendly and welcoming. Zanzibar style decoration. Feeling like you are someone home. Good Breakfast.」

There are too many more quiet but equally convenient boutique hotels in Stonetown but since we had already paid so we could not change hotel. DONT TRUST THE COMMENTS ANY MORE FROM HOTELS.COM! (P.S. 「Air conditioning work great and the hotel is in a great location」

「Great location but old facility . Employees are friendly and helpful 」

「not good,not recommend.」
