"The Ha Long Sapphire Cruise was fantastic. The staff were lovely, the activities were fun, and we had a great time—special thanks to 'Sorry,' who kept us laughing! However, just a couple of things to make others aware: communication before the cruise was poor. I had trouble getting answers about transfers, which led us to make alternative arrangements. "We didn’t stay in the hotel, after checking in we went to the room and I could see the disappointment from we came to the main entrance of the hotel.. so I booked a new hotel only 15 minutes away. The hotel standard may have been at the top 25 years ago, but it really need an upgrade, even though the price is quite low."

"This was a nice, quiet, comfortable and relaxing cruise. The staff was amazing. We did 3days/2 nights and that was enough to see everything around. I wished we did travel more on the larger boat and not the tenders. The smaller boats were not comfortable and usually hot and crowded. The drinks were affordable but definitely the bar service was on the slower side. I would recommend them renaming some of the drinks as well -we wouldn’t have Ben order some because they were name inappropriately but looked good. Food was plentiful and good. Loved the authentic way things were serviced. "
