We walked to Insadong shopping within minutes, and Ikseondong food in about 10 minutes. Plenty of everything you need within a few minutes of walking distance. "We enjoyed the convenience we experienced in Lotte City Hotel; the convenience store, Angelinus coffee shop, close to subway stations and various restaurants. The staff were all nice and helpful. The only downside we experienced was the long wait for elevators, and also insufficient supply of necessities for 2 people."

"This hotel is situated right in the heart of the tourist area full of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the subway system. I was reading a lot of reviews stating the issues other guests had with the temperature being hot but I didn’t have that issue at all.
