"Everything was really nice."

"The restaurant on site was excellent. There was an entrance from the hotel to the City Creek Shopping Center next door which was very convenient. The valet was quick but careful and housekeeping was prompt with extra tissues we needed. My only complaint was that the WiFi was NOT included in the room rental. We just used our own Internet connection. The room had adequate outlets and USB ports. We forgot the cable for the video game player but all the connections were easily accessible on the desk. The views from our floor (16th) to the north and to the south were beautiful! Our private balcony was great. We will definitely stay here again."

"We love staying here. The hotel is beautiful. Someone is always playing the piano. It’s very clean. The food is good at the restaurant. It’s a lovely day. I highly recommend it."

"We were literally there for 3 hours before we had to get up and catch our flight. The parking is inexpensive if you plan to stay there upon your return. $6 a day vs. The expensive airport parking fees. The room was fine, a little loud and could use updating but otherwise good."

"Great little place to stay. Close to everything, easy access parking and the corner suites are great for family travel. "

"The shower curtains were dirty and even had blood on them. The bed sheets claim to be hypoallergenic but gave me a bad body rash."
