"I came in for early check explained I wanted a bay view patio room the lady at the front desk explained they didn’t have any of these rooms available at the time but it would be worth the wait tell one was ready we waited for nothing they didn’t give us a bay view instead stuck us in the back alley the room had a fridge it smelled of onions couldn’t even use it front desk was very rude!"
