To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「We had an excellent stay while in town for a wedding. The friendly staff graciously gave us a very early check-in. The room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable bedding and nice amenities. The location downtown is hard to beat for how central it is!」

「Staff were nice, but the room was a mess. The AC was super noisy and the smoke alarm went off at 5 AM for no reason, which was terrifying. The desk lamp and the room phone were both broken, we had to walk down to the lobby just to talk to the staff. Overall a pretty bad experience.」
