"Great place for a get away. My older sons lived upstairs with the pool table and TV. We all loved the hot tub after a lot of walking in Gatlinburg and The Island. Would highly recommend! "

"We didn't not use the pool. The room was clean and just like the pictures. We couldn't find the remote for one of the TVs and we contacted the owner and even though we told her that it was ok because we were leaving the next day she went out of her way to make sure that she got us that remote in a timely matter. All and all I enjoy the property and especially the walking trail that was across the street from our room. When we come hopefully we can get the same room. "

"Very nice chalet. It was clean and roomy and nicely decorated. Two hot tubs, a pool table, two fuse ball tables, air hockey table and arcade games. The two kitchens were fully stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and everything a big group would need. Close to grocery stores and other types of stores. The bedrooms were fantastic! All were private with your own rest room and flat screen tv. There was also a media room but you have to bring your own movies. Highly recommend this chalet. "

"Wonderful cabin. It has plenty of space. Centrally located. Not far from the city. But I recommend a thorough cleaning, and not right before the guests arrive at check-in, as happened to us; it was past 4 pm and they were still cleaning."

"Hot tub was broken. Yard needed mowed. Pool table felt was ripped up. Definitely didnt get $400 worth of resort fee. I sent them an email about the hot tube, no response. "
