"Wonderful experience. Staff all very friendly & helpful! Shout out to Junior, the bartender. Alexandra, a server at breakfast was seen helping an elderly gentleman with a cane, get his breakfast at the buffet. She helped him to his table & ensured he had coffee & everything he needed. Her kindness was so wonderful to see. Additionally Hugo, bellman, was helpful in storing our bags & when he saw us trying to hail a cab, came out & arranged the hotel driver to take us to our destination. The front door security guards were all very friendly & polite. Experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. Restaurant food was great, a nice mix of local & international cuisine. We will stay there again next time we are in town!!"
