"This house is in a great location and was very clean. We arrived on a Saturday and were a little disappointed in the condition of the pool. Apparently pool service is on Wednesday so no work had been done other than the automatic floor cleaner which was flipped over on its side for who knows how long?? Fortunately, we were able to get it skimmed and right the cleaner and all was great from then on!! The hot tub had a great deal of debris in it and the jets didn’t work, hence the OK rating on...

"The property managers of this property were rude and incompetent. They ended up double booking the house even though we had paid in full the nonrefundable amount. They claimed they didn’t know that they double booked but they are either liars or are incompetent. We specifically chose this house because we needed the location but they had to move us to a different house. From day 1 the management company was rude. They would not provide their company’s name or address. We dealt with one staff at...
