"I love the old world charm of the place and it wasn’t a cookie cutter hotel. The place was well maintained and our room was nice as well as clean. Our stay had free breakfast which was a great addition. The staff were polite and very helpful. The first room they put as in the fan was broken. Maintenance looked at it and suggested switching rooms. They even helped us moved our luggage’s to our new room. This all happened within 20 mins of arrival. Grateful and thankful that they accommodated our need. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a trip to Tucson."
