Every year, because of this specific restaurant, I anxiously await the menu release of Columbus Burger & Beer Week. The specialty burgers at Caribbean Jerks hit all the right bites, every time. They're thoroughly creative, well crafted, the ingredients play seamlessly together, and most importantly, for me personally, they still eat like a sandwich and don't devolve into some knife and fork catastrophe. This year's entry is the Blackbeard’s Revenge  – chipotle seasoned Burger sits on Spring Mix and is topped with Smoked Gouda, Hickory Smoked Bacon and house-made Blackberry Java Porter Jam. #Trovember
