"The only issue we had with this room was that our key deactivated one day early, but it was very easily remedied. I really, really loved the online check-in and check-out process so i didn't have to wait in line while they copied my ID and such. It did seem like they tried to make the stay as easy and convenient as possible. Very close to muktiple restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Originally booked a queen size room with a request of 2 cribs. Upon checking in, I decided to request a king size bed and I was told by the receptionist that there’s no king size bed available. Then my friend is checking-in after me, and he asked her if she wants a king size bed. My friend and I ended up just switching keycards. Then I made a request to move the cribs to king size room.
