「When I book the hotel here, I selected for 2 adults and 2 child which was on the reservations info and the booking did give me a big room with four beds. However, when I checked in, hotel said that the price charged was for 2 adults only and I will need to pay extra for the 2 child at the hotel. The price paid was basically 50% extra of what I paid. I find it kind of misleading as if the price was this high finally, I wouldn't have booked this hotel in the first place.」

10/10 有夠讚
The location is great.
The room and service are also fine.
If the quality of the breakfast can be improved, then the score of the ANA Crowne Plaza can be further increased.
