「Generally，only recommend Avani superior sea view room and do not spend over US$150 because not worth it. The front desk was very helpful to solve the poor conditions of the room. The smell was stinky which I believed that was from pipe. 」

「The location is very good, can walk to the east and west coasts through the hotel nice garden, and the restaurant and swimming pool face to the sunset beach. Outside everything is beautiful but the room is old. There is no hot water in the bathtub in the outdoor yard,no slippers, and there is a heavy smell of sewage in the room. it is okay if you just stay for one night.」

「Great location and 15 years ago. It's obvious the resort was the top place to stay on the whole island.
Now, it needs a major rejuvenation to update plumbing, the room decor and the reception areas. Staff were generally good, but it took a long time to change our room into something resembling a three star resort.

「Deluxe rooms are a hike up 5-7 flights of stairs, no elevator. Not recommended if you have small kids.
Room was dirty and poorly cleaned. Shower head was broken and needed to call maintenance.
My free upgrade was not given, even though rooms was available. But seemed to be an issue w hotels.com and not the hotel.」
