The rooms were clean, staff were lovely, great facilities and pool activities daily. Also great location! Only issue was our toilet blocked regularly, but the staff fixed it very quick each time. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Great hotel and we loved our room as a family. The only inconvenience was not allowing to place charges on the room when we are at resort restaurant or in-room dining. They wanted immediate pay cash or credit card. I found that very odd and not the norm for resorts. If they fix that it would have be more convenient

Tolerant and others: The cleaning ladies made a good job, well controlled and organised. New/Jenny FOM support the guests with big effort. Most of personal is very friendly! The beach is not good to use and, or to recommended here. BFA: Most of warm breakfast is not really warm. The choice of cold meat is small. The hotel was very child-friendly. The children were allowed to freely inspect the breakfast. Others: At the time of our stay, the guests were visibly predominantly from Arab countries, India, and Russia. The hotel is tolerant. Some guests was allowed to swim with clothes in the pool.

This was the best way to end our vacation. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The kids loved the slides and kids club. The food was great, the room was very spacious and very comfortable we will definitely be back.
