"We loved it! So clean and comfortable. We were there during off season so the patio was closed but the spa // wellness space was lovely and it’s walkable to a bunch of place in Oetz. "

"The hotel is very beautiful, but I didn’t fully understand the concept. There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. In the end, guests order takeaway pizza and are allowed to eat it in the luxurious lounges. Quite a curious contrast. "Sehr schönes modernes Hotel! Super Spa Bereiche, gutes Essen und vorallem sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Egal ob beim Check in, im Restaurant oder im spa Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht) Echt top! Wie kommen wieder !"
