Great choice for a ski get-a-way

The hotel is lovely and just outside of town from St. Moritz with easy access to ski resort by nearby bus. The rooms are modern and spacious with nice details, cozy beds and scrumptious duvets and feather pillows. The spa area is very nice. We enjoyed a generous European breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel.

The front desk clerk was very nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. They have comfy robes to walk down to pool. The pillows & beds were very comfortable & quiet. We ate at the Steak & more restaurant on top floor of the hotel which was superb . We Enjoyed our breathtaking views from our balcony which were picturesque. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast and service. Staff helpful and friendly. Great pool, perfect t for after day of hiking. Lots of connecting trails near by. Free bus travel and got use of cable car/ski pass. Too many hikes to do in 5 days so will happily return. Thanks for a great stay Europa.

For ski slopes you need to take the public transport and they are 4-6 minutes walking distance from the the hotel. Overall was a nice experience except for the Restaurant. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning during our six-day stay, and unfortunately, the menu remained unchanged throughout. Unfortunately, our poor experience extended to dinner at the restaurant. Despite informing staff of our menu choices hours in advance, we had to wait an excessive amount of time—several hours—for our meals to be served.When I spoke with the head chef to express my concerns, he appeared uninterested and unconcerned with the situation.
