Honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in all my travels. Immediately across from the train station, it was all magnificent spaces, friendliest staff which went out of its way to provide the best in hospitality, a fabulous buffet in their beautiful dining room which was included in the price of the stay, all set in the most stunning scenery imaginable. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would stay nowhere else on a return trip.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Every staff member went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and the hotel was spotless, welcoming and very homely. The food and drink quality at breakfast, room service and when having drinks in the library was exceptional. The staff and their attention to detail was the best we have ever encountered at any other hotel around the world. The rooms were spacious and beautiful with a large closet and bathroom, and mini bar with snacks were included and they had a wonderful pillow menu featuring a lavender filled pillow option. The bed was sooo comfortable. The hotel restaurants and food were incredibly good. The ski shop had all of our equipment ready with a locker, and a prompt shuttle every 20 minutes to take us to the mountain which was only minutes away. Forget any other hotel! This is THE hotel to stay at in St. MORITZ. Pure perfection from start to finish. Modern, brand new, and super upscale. The bar, the fireplace, and The View Restaurant were exceptional. In only 2 years, it’s made its way into the top ski hotels of the world.

Charm, elegance and great service

Our experience was absolutely positive from the moment we got to the hotel. The concierge staff were super attentive and Maria at the reception strived to accommodate to our needs. On the culinary/dining/cocktail end, Inga, Oliver, Emme, Manon and Ricardo made our experience very pleasant and fun. They all are charismatic and connect naturally with the customers. We also had a nice and relaxing time at the spa. We will return to Grace next time we visit St. Moritz
