「The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.」

「Great location close to beach with a really nice pool. We used it as base to explore LA sites which were all accessible and not too far. Huntington Beach as a location is fabulous. The hotel is next door to a small mall with good dining options and a few stores. It’s a 10 minute walk to main center with many more restaurants and shops. The entire area is very nice and safe」

「room was clean and view from there was good. I checked in late and the receptionist came out from a room (may be he is in sleep mode). He checked me in a room for handicapped so I had to go back and asked for another one. He forgot to give me breakfast vouchers.
Hotel is old and maintenance work is being done. Noise from work, and carpark exit was changed without clear guide.」
