"The hotel does not have adequate temperature control and it was 80 degrees in our room all night long. We called the front desk and asked for them to fix the AC. They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. What was worse was they tried to gaslight us in saying that it takes up to an hour after checkin to have the AC work. After three hours it was still warm and had actually gone up. "Very noisy if you chose a room that face the sea, people sing KTV at the beach every night so it’s super loud at night time and no time limit. Hotel staff can’t control it because it’s outside the property. If you wanna a quit a space to stay It’s definitely not a good option. And a lot of mosquitos. "

"Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night.
