"We had a wonderful two days at The Sands. From the front of House / restaurant team and the cleaning Staff were all very friendly and very efficient. Our room was very spacious overlooking the golf course and very clean. Overall a lovely time and we looking forward to coming back!"

"My wife and I booked a Deluxe King room but were disappointed with the facilities provided with the room. The external pool was closed. No information was provided in room regarding facilities available. Basic tea and coffee making facilities but nothing extra, like a biscuit! Some information on local facilities etc would have been appreciated. More effort was put into inviting us to a opportunities evening than providing facilities etc in a room that was extremely overpriced when compared to other places we have stayed at in recent times."

"Despite staying in the spa room option there is no spa, just a normal bath that didn't have jets. The view in the photos is also misleading - the room is located immediately across from the tennis court and pool with little privacy. Some of the cups weren't clean either and had to be washed before use. This was pretty considering the price. "

"Awesome location-quite, peaceful, clean and jetted tub was a nice treat. We even had a koala in the tree next to our villa. The scent of the eucalyptus forest was intoxicating! Only negative was no TV and no WiFi."
