"Beautiful view from our corner room and room was immaculate. Only complaint - the terrible directions to the parking. why are there no signs for the hotel until you get deep into the lot? we weren't sure we were at the right place. then we tote all our luggage to the elevators to see they are closed and we need to go to another elevator. The worst problem - on our last day the key wouldn't work and we couldn't get the barricade to let us out. My husband went back to the desk and no one knew...

Also, my soap was replaced after one day’s use. I would have been ok with using the same towels and soap. Good food also. Gelato was terrific treat each night. "

The restaurant and Starbucks are easily accessible and decent for the hotel, making it easy to grab something quick and not fight traffic. The rooms are newly remodeled and are nice and comfy! "We checked in to the hotel at 1130pm as a group of 21 people. We had just come from an event and the kids and parents were hungry. They told us we could order food at the bar and then decided to open the restaurant for us and serve our party… whatever we wanted. The accommodations were exceptional… even at midnight when they could have been ready to go home. Room was great and the folks working Starbucks were very accommodating as well. "
