"The room itself was clean. The front desk staff was professional. Didn’t see any other hotel employees except the valet, which we didn’t use. If you choose to self park in the basement parking garage, you enter the hotel through a semi creepy, semi abandoned, mall. The entrance to the hotel from the mall is unmarked. You have to guess which door to go through. There was an open door to the freight elevator on the floor my room was on and there was a heavily stained mattress leaning against the...

"Fast and easy check in. The staff was extremely friendly. Or room was very clean and exactly what you'd expect from a hotel. We loved the hot tub and pool. The bar downstairs was great and the bartender was very attentive and the drinks were delicious. "
