「The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots.」

「From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean.
