"This is a very cute well run B & B in a great part of Rochester. It’s on a quiet residential street but it is near both Park and Monroe Ave where there are a lot of good restaurants."

"Really nice BnB. The room was large and clean. We stayed in the Parker suite. Large jacuzzi tub in the center room. The breakfasts were excellent 4 course meals. I’d like the coffee to be stronger but that’s a personal preference. This is a nice location. Don’t worry about not staying in town or on the water front because either of these are easily accessible by car and the town and waterfront do not meet each other geographically, so you’ll need transportation either way. "

"What an amazing B & B - beautiful and spacious rooms and common areas. The breakfasts were amazing and the host was delightful. The inn is within walking distance to the downtown, with great shops and restaurants, and the lake."

"Just about 5 mins from a nice little ski hill. Great dining options but you have to drive a little for some of them. Our favorite dining spot was about 25-30 mins from the inn. The downtown with shops was about 20 mins away. The inn was quiet and quaint. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made beautiful breakfasts. Exactly what we were looking for. "
