"The Staff was Great The Room was great The only issue I had was the device they used for a fridge It was a cooler and not effective at all"

"Hotel is convenient location, staff friendly. Hallways carpets very tiered looking as well as dirty. Room was only middle of road clean and many furniture was well worn. "

"We had to change rooms three times in order to get the room that we paid for. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable! I have never had a worst night sleep in a hotel and I usually love sleeping in hotels."

"The hotel is nice, but the staff really steals the show. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. We were traveling with our young baby and all of the staff lent a helping hand when we were entering and leaving the hotel. Note that the only on site parking is valet. We always got our cars very quickly and had no issue there. There was always someone there to help us load and unload our stuff as well. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel! "
