「From the time we walked in, it was a language barrier with the house keeping staff. We waited hours for our extra bed. When was time to clean the room, house keeping only cleaned the bathroom. When we reached the front desk, the receptionist was rude and didn’t listen to us.
I got a nasty cut on leg, while coming down from the bed in room 314. I wouldn’t stay there again.」

「The room and property was beautiful. The only issue was the restaurant. Service was awful, the food was worse and the prices outrageous

「Granted it was memorial weekend but I was surprised Hyatt had trouble handling the volume of people waiting for breakfast. Breakfast is very nice. The matre D did the best he could. I was disappointed in the dress and polish of the employees working the front desk to greet people. I thought Hyatt had higher standards. Location is great and rooms are clean. I asked for a roller bed clerk said 10-15 mins delivery to my room. After an hour I called front desk.. she said yes I see your request....
