"The Pfister Hotel has a lot of history in Milwaukee and is recognized as one of the most historic hotels in America. The hotel has a lot of character. I used the valet service to park my car. They were courteous and punctual. The lobby is currently undergoing construction so I was unable to see the entire decor and beauty in the pictures. "We had an amazing experience staying with The Iron Horse Hotel! I booked a room to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday, and this hotel had all of the luxury we were looking for and more. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by friendly valet employees who helped me park me car while we checked in. "I have stayed here before. It was close to a restaurant we ate at. Bar on 9th floor was quite busy so went down to first floor bar for some desert & a drink. Great service. Room was quiet. Ordered room service breakfast- hit the spot. Easy checkout, ride picked me up & took me away. Nice property & staff."

"The valet area workers are very rude. When I pulled up to just check in the lalet said you cant park here and to go find another spot. Parking valet cars in front of the main entrance is stupid as it is the only area for hotel guests to park to check in. Why dont they use the parking garage to park valet cars."

"Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is really nice. Staff was courteous. The area is nice and plenty of stuff around specially being next to the mall. My only gripe with this place is the fees. You want wifi? Unless you book direct with them you have to pay about $15 per day to get wifi. You want a faster wifi? then you have to pay more. You want parking? You gotta pay for that as well. Otherwise great place. "
