The room was clean but 0 replenishment of necessary hygenic items. false fire alarm that left us confused and no update from any staff either. Key card to enter the hotel after a certain time at night didn't even work. Staff worker had to walk up to the door to open it. 0/10. Our stay was one of the worst."
