"We thought the reception desk staff was not welcoming or helpful with dining information or information for first time travelers to Philadelphia. The restaurant served good food but appeared as a bar, not a restaurant. The only waitress was also the bartender. Either the reception desk staff should be more informative about the bar/restaurant or there needs to be better signage. After registering, the receptionist gave us our room keys with the room number on the folder, but did not tell us where the elevator was located nor that the room signage on the 5th floor was inadequate. Fortunately we found a housekeeper who kindly walked us to our room. We are world travelers and have never experienced such poor room directions."
