"The overall stay was horrible due to an improper working shower. The shower didn’t drain and the water was spraying into bathroom floor. Told the hotel staff three times about the shower and nothing was done. Also asked for towels to place on floor due to wet floor from shower."

"Absolutely wouldn't let anyone check in until 4pm. There were at least 15-20 people in line. Food took an hour to be served to us. My husbands burger and fries were missing the fries so waiter took plate back and that was another 15 min. By then his was cold. Kids running around until 11pm. It smelled terribly of pot. Our room was just ok. The bathroom door and door handle was completely filthy and black hair. There was a metal part of something laying on the counter. We had to leave for airport at 3am. Around 830 I heard yelling and swearing from outside. I thought there was a fight so I got up to see what was going on. It was the security guy sitting on the curb outside our window on his cell. This went on for about 20 min. We will not stay here again!"

"My only complaint is that the rooms are small. The room with king bed had only one nightstand and side with no nightstand was almost against the wall. Also, no safe in room. Otherwise, the stay was good. Excellent location. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Nice lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Purified water dispenser near elevator on every floor. Still and sparkling water dispenser in lobby."
