Dolomite 4 Stars Hotels

"Long lines at the front desk on both days of our stay. Housekeeping never showed up to clean our room, despite being requested. And we returned the first evening to find the bathroom floor flooded into the hallway. Upon contacting the front desk, I was asked what we had done to cause the flooding. Then we were told that we would have to move ourselves to another room as the staff was too busy. The next room was a handicapped room. The shower handle came off in my hand the next morning. Management was not available and the staff appears to be beleaguered and overwhelmed. "

"Our room did not have a mini fridge, and the shower water never got hot. The restaurant had good food, but the service was unpredicatable (excellent once, and awful the next time). The elevator was extremely slow to arrive. Also had to pay for valet because hotel parking for free was basically non-existent. "

"Staff was phenomenal! The rooms were clean and stocked. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Beautiful area!!! Close to restaurants. "
